Counter-Notification

If you believe that material you posted on our website was removed or disabled in error, you may submit a counter-notification to our Designated Copyright Agent. Your counter-notification must include the following:

  1. Identification of the material that has been removed or disabled and the location where it appeared before it was removed or disabled (e.g., URLs).
  2. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.

Repeat Infringers

We reserve the right to terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers or who are found to repeatedly violate our copyright policies.
